About the Role
You will support anti-financial-crime cases, KYC reviews, transaction monitoring, and suspicious-activity reporting. You will work across operations, product, and support to improve customer processes, analyse AI-supported workflows and data, onboard and offboard affiliate partners, and continuously optimise systems and processes.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English
- Interest in Bitcoin, startups, and operational processes
- Proficiency with Slack, Notion, or Jira
- Experience in a startup, consulting, or financial services is desirable
- Understanding of compliance or anti-financial-crime topics is desirable

- Process anti-financial-crime cases accurately and quickly
- Identify suspicious transaction patterns
- Support KYC reviews and regulatory compliance
- Assist with transaction monitoring and suspicious-activity reports
- Use compliance tools to minimise risk
- Collaborate across operations, product, and support
