About the Role

You will own the order-to-cash cycle, including invoicing, accounts receivable, collections, cash application, billing disputes, and revenue accounting. You will analyze usage and contract data, lead revenue close activities, maintain audit-ready schedules, optimize usage-based billing, and partner with internal stakeholders on accurate billing.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of billing, accounts receivable, collections, and revenue accounting experience
• At least two years of hands-on order-to-cash experience
• Experience owning a receivables portfolio
• Experience running collections and dunning processes
• Experience configuring a usage-based billing system
• Experience handling billing disputes with customers
• Knowledge of ASC 606 for consumption revenue
• Month-end close and external audit experience
• SQL

Responsibilities

• Review ASC 606 processes for a consumption model
• Run daily invoicing and cash application
• Tie billing runs to contract terms
• Answer billing inquiries and follow up on collections
• Own order-to-cash operations
• Manage customer billing conversations and disputes
• Work accounts-receivable aging and escalations
• Lead revenue month-end close
• Optimize usage-based rating and invoicing
• Build revenue and accounts-receivable schedules
• Recommend billing improvements and automation
