About the Role

You will manage financial functions, reimbursements, supplies, reporting, budgeting, and fiscal-year closeout. You will support classroom and clinical teaching, oversee translation and interpretation, help administer interns, prepare reports, maintain communication and filing systems, troubleshoot LegalServer, and coordinate facility and equipment support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 2 years of administrative experience, including project or program management
  • Advanced professional fluency in Spanish, including reading, writing, and speaking
  • Excel and database skills
  • Ability to learn additional computer applications
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments, prioritize simultaneous tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage faculty allowance, litigation, and IOLTA client-trust funds
  • Oversee reimbursements, office-supply purchasing, financial reporting, budgeting, and fiscal-year closeout
  • Support classroom and clinical teaching materials, Canvas pages, guest-speaker logistics, and outreach
  • Manage the translation and interpretation program
  • Help hire and supervise interns, coordinate project workflows, and manage time approvals
  • Compile data and prepare reports and statistics
  • Maintain internal communication, electronic filing, and physical filing systems
  • Ensure documentation and troubleshoot the LegalServer case-management program
  • Resolve equipment and facilities issues and submit service requests
