About the Role
You will coordinate weekly review meetings, prepare meeting materials, record minutes, and follow up on action items. You will maintain departmental documents, calendars, contacts, contracts, and payment processes. You will also support sales-management tasks, internal activities, reimbursements, training tracking, and Client Connect lead administration.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- More than 5 years of banking or financial-industry experience
- Written and spoken English
- Microsoft Office proficiency, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving
Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekly review meetings, including decks, agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions
- Maintain departmental documents, contact lists, organization charts, contracts, calendars, and meetings
- Coordinate sales-management tasks and collect district sales-support feedback
- Support business-continuity, asset-management, training-tracking, and award-consolidation activities
- Administer Client Connect lead uploads, downloads, and issue resolution
- Review expense reimbursements and coordinate issues with the ORM team
- Coordinate payments in accordance with contract requirements
- Coordinate internal, staff, district-level, and ad hoc administrative activities
