About the Role
You will develop the enterprise impact model for investment and portfolio steering. You will translate strategy into measurable metrics and KPIs, advise stakeholders on prioritisation and investment steering, integrate metrics into reporting systems, create dashboards and analyses, ensure data quality, and provide recommendations for management decisions.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in business informatics, business administration, data analytics, computer science or a comparable field
- Several years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, strategy execution, management consulting or project portfolio management
- Knowledge of data analysis, reporting, data modelling and data visualisation
- Strong SQL knowledge; PL/SQL, XML and Python are advantageous
- Experience building KPI frameworks, impact models or performance-management systems
- Ability to translate strategic questions into measurable metrics and data-driven decision support
- Communication and facilitation skills
Responsibilities
- Develop the enterprise impact model for strategic investment and portfolio steering
- Translate strategic goals into impact metrics, KPIs and steering mechanisms
- Analyse strategic changes and update impact areas, metrics and steering variables
- Advise business areas, portfolio owners and managers on impact measurement, prioritisation and investment steering
- Integrate metrics and impact models into reporting, planning and steering systems
- Develop dashboards, reports and analyses
- Analyse and combine data from multiple sources, ensure data quality and provide recommendations
