About the Role
You will build and scale backend systems, APIs, and data pipelines that power production services. You will design and ship AI-powered features, agents, and automation, and create shared AI infrastructure such as tool interfaces, evaluation frameworks, and permission-aware data access. You will work embedded with the business to understand workflows and rapidly deliver customer-facing capabilities.
Requirements
- Experience with Node.js and other backend technologies
- 1–3+ years building production systems that use LLMs, tool calling, structured outputs, prompt architecture, and retrieval patterns
- This position is for folks with 3–8+ years of experience; compensation will be based on experience
- Builder mentality with experience shipping side projects or experiments
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to take loosely defined problems, make decisions, and ship

- Contribute to the technical and product roadmap

- Rapidly ship new capabilities to customers and internal teams
