About the Role
You will own backend systems from design through production, including services, APIs, data pipelines, and infrastructure. You will solve distributed-systems, scaling, concurrency, and performance problems; deploy generative AI models; and improve systems through production instrumentation and experimentation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional industry experience
- Experience shipping high-impact production systems or products
- Problem-solving skills

- Ability to scope and deliver projects end-to-end
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and own backend systems including services, APIs, data pipelines, and infrastructure
- Solve distributed-systems, scaling, concurrency, and performance challenges
- Deploy, serve, and scale large generative AI models in production
- Instrument, experiment, and iterate to improve system and product quality
- Design and operate platform infrastructure, third-party integrations, storage systems, security, and internal APIs
