About the Role
You will design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and microservices. You will optimize databases, improve availability and deployment processes, conduct code reviews, mentor colleagues, collaborate across functions, and drive automation, testing, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional backend development experience with Go
- Experience designing and maintaining microservices architectures
- Strong SQL and NoSQL database experience with query optimization
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs, event-driven systems, and asynchronous communication
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD automation
- Understanding of software design principles, OOP, and clean architecture
- Familiarity with testing frameworks and monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana
- Experience in Agile and Scrum environments
- Strong communication, leadership, and ownership skills
- Proficiency in English for technical communication and documentation
- Experience with Go frameworks such as Gin, Echo, or Fiber is a plus
- Familiarity with GraphQL or gRPC is a plus
- Background in distributed systems, caching layers, or message queues is a plus
- Exposure to gaming, fintech, or digital asset platforms is a plus
