Responsibilities
- Build internal AV management tools and integrations
- Develop fleet monitoring and automated room testing
- Integrate AV platforms with IT systems
- Automate provisioning, configuration, drift detection, and certificate renewal
- Manage firmware and software releases
- Operate internal tools as production services
- Establish source control, testing, CI/CD, and release practices
- Enable non-developers to contribute safely
- Partner on API access, secrets management, and enterprise standards
- Prioritize the AV tooling roadmap
