About the Role
You will build software for fleet health, incident response, hardware repair, qualification, asset management, maintenance, and operational procedures. You will work with production engineers and facility operators to turn operational needs into reliable systems and dashboards.
Requirements
- Production coding experience in Go, Python, or TypeScript.
- Experience building features with LLM APIs, MCP servers, and agentic frameworks.
- Experience using AI coding tools such as Claude Code and Cursor.
- Experience with on-call operations or operational systems.
- Ability to independently identify problems, design solutions, and ship software.
Responsibilities
- Build a fleet health system using real-time telemetry and tiered health checks.
- Create repair and RMA workflows from failure detection through return to service.
- Develop rack-level hardware qualification, burn-in, and validation workflows.
- Own asset models, migrate inventory systems, and retire legacy tools.
- Convert runbooks, SOPs, training records, and technician qualifications into structured, auditable procedures.
- Build dashboards for site SLOs, deployment cycle time, and labor ramp.
