About the Role

You will own the technology powering Crusoe’s audio-visual experiences across its offices. You will define enterprise AV standards, program and configure Crestron systems, design room automation, lead AV build-outs for new sites, manage vendors, implement remote supportability, troubleshoot incidents, and evaluate AV technologies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on AV engineering, integration, or systems design experience
  • Crestron programming experience
  • Experience configuring NVX, DM, and control processors for large-format rooms
  • Knowledge of room automation and control platforms
  • Experience leading AV planning and build-outs for new office or site expansions
  • Experience managing external vendors and low-voltage or AV integrators
  • Working knowledge of IP addressing, VLANs, QoS, and multicast
  • Familiarity with Zoom Rooms, Microsoft Teams Rooms, or Google Meet hardware
  • Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to pass a background check
