About the Role
You provide advanced desktop support across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments. You build, configure, deploy, maintain, and upgrade endpoint devices, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, manage user access, support conference room technology, monitor desktop infrastructure, document procedures, assist with technology rollouts, and participate in on-call support.
Requirements
- Solid experience with workstations and laptops
- Ability to add display cards and network interface cards
- Ability to lift 50-60 lbs
- Windows 11 imaging and configuration experience
- BitLocker and MBAM experience
- Microsoft Office Suite support experience
- AirWatch mobile device management knowledge
- Microsoft Exchange experience
- Apple Business Manager experience
- At least 2 years of MEMCM/SCCM administration or similar experience
- Virtualization and desktop services skills
- Zoom and conference room equipment proficiency
- Intune management experience preferred
- macOS or Linux support experience preferred
- Windows Server and Active Directory support experience preferred
- Scripting or low-level programming experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced desktop support for Windows, macOS, and Linux environments
- Build, configure, deploy, maintain, and upgrade desktops, laptops, virtual machines, and mobile devices
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, networking, and peripheral issues
- Manage user provisioning and deprovisioning
- Support conference room technologies, AV systems, Zoom Rooms, Teams Rooms, and collaboration platforms
- Monitor desktop infrastructure health and address performance, security, and compliance issues
- Work with networking, security, storage, cloud, and infrastructure teams on projects and escalations
- Evaluate, test, and recommend hardware, software, and endpoint technologies
- Maintain systems, process, troubleshooting, and asset inventory documentation
- Support office moves, desk setups, hardware refreshes, and technology rollouts
- Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and employee and contractor transfers
- Participate in after-hours support, maintenance windows, and on-call rotations
