About the Role
You will design, procure, program, and commission AV systems for office builds, expansions, and retrofits. You will create technical drawings, coordinate with architects and contractors, develop automation, document systems, manage vendors, and support events and AV operations.
Requirements
- 8+ years of enterprise AV system design and implementation experience
- Control-system programming experience with Q-Sys or similar
- Experience with video conferencing platforms, particularly Google Meet
- Ability to create AV schematics, line diagrams, and rack elevations
- Knowledge of audio DSP concepts
- Knowledge of enterprise video distribution, streaming technologies, and broadcast standards
- Project management and technical troubleshooting skills
Responsibilities
- Lead AV design, procurement, and programming for office builds, expansions, and retrofits
- Create and maintain AV system designs and technical drawings
- Program and commission AV systems for defined use cases
- Coordinate AV requirements with architects, contractors, and workplace teams
- Test emerging AV technologies and develop automated reliability solutions
- Ensure AV systems meet enterprise security requirements
- Create programming, troubleshooting, and operational documentation
- Oversee global AV operations and service delivery
- Manage AV integrator and vendor relationships
- Support event production and system maintenance
