About the Role

You will inspect, repair, calibrate, and maintain automated adapters, lifts, robotic vehicles, and robotic arms. You will troubleshoot equipment faults, monitor system flow, document maintenance work in the CMMS, recover vehicles, complete minor utility work, and follow 5S and safety procedures.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience with mechanical automation systems or equivalent education or training
• Advanced electro-mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to follow electro-mechanical diagrams
• PLC knowledge and troubleshooting experience
• Ability to operate automated systems
• Proficiency in inspection functions
• Ability to work independently using procedures and manuals

Responsibilities

• Inspect automated storage and retrieval systems, robotic vehicles, adapters, and lifts
• Adjust, calibrate, repair, replace, and modify system components
• Monitor automated system flow to maximize throughput
• Troubleshoot robotic vehicle anomalies using schematics, wiring diagrams, and test equipment
• Document inspections, repairs, parts, and labor in the CMMS
• Communicate production-impacting problems and corrective actions
• Recover automated robotic vehicles in restrictive environments
• Troubleshoot, calibrate, set up, and change tools on robotic arms
• Perform minor utility work and clean work areas
• Perform cell operator functions as needed
• Follow 5S policies
