About the Role
You will design, build, and operate automated solutions for IT and business processes. You will develop scripts, RPA workflows, API integrations, AI agent workflows, orchestration pipelines, and infrastructure automation. You will monitor reliability, resolve failures, document solutions, and mentor colleagues on automation practices.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in automation engineering, DevOps, systems engineering, or a related discipline
- Expert Python experience
- Expert PowerShell experience
- Experience building and operating enterprise-scale production automation
- Hands-on experience designing or deploying AI-powered or agentic workflows
- US Person status as defined under ITAR/EAR
Responsibilities
- Identify, design, and implement automation solutions for IT and business processes
- Build and maintain Python and PowerShell automation scripts and workflows
- Develop and manage RPA workflows
- Integrate automation with Microsoft 365, Azure, and SaaS applications
- Design and deploy AI-powered agentic workflows
- Evaluate AI tools, platforms, and vendors
- Design end-to-end workflow orchestration and API integrations
- Implement error handling, retries, alerting, and observability
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management
- Build CI/CD pipelines for automation artifacts
- Monitor automation health and resolve automation failures
- Create documentation, architecture diagrams, user guides, and compliance evidence
- Mentor team members on automation, scripting, and AI tooling
