About the Role
You will support user research and concept-validation studies, analyze findings, and present recommendations. You will translate UX decisions into wireframes and interactive prototypes, test user flows, collaborate with engineers, and help maintain the design system and internal design language.
Requirements
- Proficiency with design software such as Figma or Miro
- 0 to 2 years of relevant UX design experience
- Knowledge of user-centered design approaches, wireframes, journey maps, and user flows
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Ability to communicate design rationales
- Portfolio of interaction design work
Responsibilities
- Support concept-validation studies
- Research user behaviors, expectations, and competitors
- Prepare and deliver findings and recommendations to stakeholders
- Create wireframes and interactive prototypes for feature concepts
- Create and test user flows and low-fidelity prototypes
- Collaborate with engineers on technical constraints and design challenges
- Maintain the style guide and in-house design language
- Research UX and design trends
- Learn industry constraints and needs
