About the Role
You will provide day-to-day enterprise IT support for endpoint and user systems. You will administer user access, maintain hardware and software, manage local IT assets, support executive meetings, resolve incidents, document procedures, and coordinate with infrastructure, network, and security teams.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in enterprise desktop support, IT support, or junior systems administration.
- Experience supporting Windows and macOS; Linux exposure is a plus.
- Basic experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Azure AD, or similar identity platforms.
- Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN connectivity.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Intune, JAMF, or similar endpoint-management tools.
- Troubleshooting, organizational, documentation, verbal communication, and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Jira Service Management, ServiceNow, or similar ticketing systems is preferred.
- Familiarity with Snipe-IT is preferred.
- Basic PowerShell or Bash scripting experience is preferred.
- Exposure to virtualization, Microsoft 365 administration, or cloud technologies is preferred.
- Relevant CompTIA, Microsoft, or similar certifications are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Deliver customer service and support employees across multiple locations.
- Provide technical support for endpoint and user systems across Windows, macOS, and Linux.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware, software, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment.
- Support conference room, collaboration, and meeting technology for executive and leadership events.
- Administer user accounts, permissions, and access controls through Active Directory and Azure AD.
- Support endpoint management and security controls.
- Perform device provisioning, deployment, inventory tracking, maintenance, refresh coordination, and secure decommissioning.
- Maintain asset records and software licensing information.
- Resolve service requests and technical incidents and escalate complex issues.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and knowledge-base content.
- Collaborate on enterprise IT operations and issue resolution.
- Participate in planned maintenance and occasional after-hours or on-call support.
