About the Role
You manage credit facility compliance, coordinate new fund pipelines and investor requests, source term sheets, amend or refinance agreements, oversee asset warehousing arrangements, coordinate facility closings and monitoring, review fund leverage and investments, and manage lender approvals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field
- 3-7 years of experience in financial services
- Understanding of credit facilities or CLOs
- Understanding of bank loans
- Proficiency in Excel and Outlook
- Strong organization and attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Manage compliance with credit facility terms and borrowing base requirements
- Coordinate with Legal and Business Development on fund pipelines and investor requests
- Source term sheets for new opportunities
- Amend or refinance agreements to reflect market terms
- Manage existing asset warehousing arrangements
- Coordinate facility closings and daily monitoring
- Review leverage across funds
- Review fund investments for inclusion in asset facilities
- Manage the loan approval process with lenders
