About the Role
You execute global treasury front-office strategies, manage foreign-exchange risk and liquidity, oversee banking relationships and financing, implement treasury management systems, maintain treasury governance and reporting, and partner with finance, tax, legal, business units, and financial institutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Certified Treasury Professional or equivalent preferred
- 10+ years of treasury experience in multinational corporations or financial institutions
- Experience with FX hedging strategies
- Experience leading or supporting Treasury Management System implementation and optimization
- Experience managing strategic banking relationships
- Numerical, analytical, and financial modelling capabilities
- Communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
- Experience with global liquidity and cash management structures preferred
- People management experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement enterprise-wide FX risk management strategies
- Execute FX hedging programs and monitor hedge effectiveness
- Manage FX exposures across business units
- Develop global liquidity management structures
- Optimize cash positions across jurisdictions
- Manage global banking relationships and negotiate facilities
- Lead trade finance and strategic project financing
- Implement and optimize the Treasury Management System
- Oversee integrations with ERP, banks, and payment platforms
