About the Role
You will plan and deliver branch, office, and refurbishment fit-out projects from concept through handover. You will manage timelines, budgets, drawings, BOQs, vendors, risks, approvals, reporting, and stakeholder coordination while improving cost, design, and delivery efficiency.
Requirements
- 6–10 years of commercial real estate or fit-out project management experience
- Experience independently managing multiple projects
- Graduate qualification
- Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical engineering qualification is preferred
- Project management and execution skills
- Knowledge of leased real estate processes is preferred
- Experience with statutory approvals and regulatory bodies
- BOQ preparation, technical specifications, and drawing review skills
- AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint experience
- Vendor management experience
- Willingness to travel
- Facility management exposure is preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end fit-out project execution
- Manage project timelines, budgets, quality standards, and handovers
- Develop project plans, resource allocation, and infrastructure rollout plans
- Oversee BOQs, specifications, drawings, and vendor deliverables
- Translate business requirements into project plans
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate project risks
- Monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial performance
- Manage contractors, consultants, and vendors
- Ensure compliance with policies, statutory norms, and approvals
- Maintain project documentation and provide status reporting
- Contribute to real estate strategy and process improvement
