About the Role
You will acquire and manage SME asset relationships, build diversified portfolios, cross-sell banking products, conduct due diligence, monitor accounts and renewals, manage risks, identify early warning signals, and comply with lending, KYC, and AML requirements.
Requirements
- Overall 3–5 years of experience in sales
- 2–3 years of sales experience in SME or business banking lending
- 2–3 years of experience in working capital sales and service portfolio
- Sales track record in SME or business banking asset business

Responsibilities
- Source new-to-bank asset relationships within the IBG 4 segment
- Ensure sanction and disbursement of sourced relationships
- Cross-sell asset, trade, cash, and treasury products
- Achieve budgeted revenue across product parameters
- Conduct due diligence when onboarding new asset relationships
- Prepare account plans covering revenue potential, risks, and mitigants
- Increase customer wallet share through cross-selling
- Monitor portfolios and ensure timely account renewals
- Report business developments and early warning signals
- Ensure compliance with covenants and credit conditions
- Submit management information to the central team
- Maintain relationships with business stakeholders, clients, market leaders, and industry associations
- Report business opportunities and customer risks to senior management
- Comply with bank processes and policies
