About the Role
You will create product strategy and roadmaps for wealth-management products. You will research the market, design and structure products, manage approvals and implementation, maintain product governance and documentation, and work with stakeholders to improve, reposition, or retire existing products.
Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant financial-services experience
- Understanding of the China mutual-fund and wealth-management industry
- Knowledge of NAFR regulatory frameworks and wealth-management product launches
- Experience working with regulators and retail or institutional clients
- Chinese Mandarin proficiency
- Project management, organization, problem-solving, and data-analysis skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency
Responsibilities
- Establish operating procedures and governance for wealth-management products
- Research industry, competitors, clients, and market trends
- Develop product priorities, business cases, and product strategy
- Support product design, structuring, approvals, and implementation
- Maintain and reposition existing products
- Partner with Legal to maintain offering documentation
- Maintain the product governance framework
- Create reference documents for product ideas and the product suite
