About the Role

You will develop relationships with asset originators, sellers, investors, and counterparties across lending and on-chain distribution channels. You will support deal sourcing, structuring, and execution; provide market and pricing insights; and manage post-close servicing waterfalls, remittances, settlement reporting, and cash-flow reconciliation.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of capital markets, treasury, or structured credit experience; 5+ years preferred
  • Experience sourcing originator or seller relationships and executing with investors and capital partners
  • Credit and collateral knowledge in real estate or consumer assets
  • Experience managing post-close operations, including servicing waterfalls, remittances, settlement reporting, net wire calculations, and cash-flow reconciliation
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related quantitative field
  • Advanced Excel modeling skills
  • SQL skills
  • Experience with a BI tool such as Tableau
  • Knowledge of or willingness to learn digital asset market structure, tokenized credit, and on-chain distribution
  • Ability to develop client relationships, negotiate terms, and present to executives, boards, and counterparties
  • Comply with company security policies and data-handling procedures
  • Complete required security awareness training
  • Report suspected security incidents or suspicious activity

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with asset originators and sellers
  • Support deal sourcing, structuring, and execution
  • Build investor and counterparty relationships, including on-chain distribution channels
  • Partner with capital markets, product, and legal stakeholders to close transactions
  • Provide internal insight on market conditions, pricing, and counterparty feedback
  • Manage post-close transaction operations, including servicing waterfalls, remittances, settlement reporting, and reconciliation
