About the Role
You will coordinate operational priorities, project plans, systems, workflows, reporting, communications, contracts, budgets, and program delivery. You will administer productivity tools, support fellow services, organize global events, manage participant logistics and vendors, and help improve processes through automation and AI-enabled workflows.
Requirements
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Written, verbal, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Experience administering Airtable, Asana, Alchemer, Mailchimp, Google Workspace, websites, and AI tools
- Ability to use data and technology to improve workflows and monitor program performance
- Experience with reporting, budgets, contracts, databases, and process improvement
- Commitment to safeguarding, privacy, and data protection standards
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience
- Willingness to work occasional extended or nonstandard hours
- Ability to undertake limited international travel
Responsibilities
- Coordinate operational priorities, project plans, playbooks, and cross-functional initiatives
- Design, maintain, and improve systems, workflows, databases, dashboards, surveys, templates, and documentation
- Implement process improvements, automation, technology enhancements, and AI-enabled workflows
- Administer Airtable, Asana, Alchemer, Mailchimp, Google Workspace, websites, and related tools
- Maintain program data, dashboards, and reporting systems
- Coordinate operational communications, newsletters, websites, surveys, and shared mailboxes
- Support contracts, consultants, invoices, approvals, budgets, and financial reporting
- Plan and deliver virtual and in-person events
- Coordinate participant travel, visas, accommodations, registrations, and event logistics
- Support fellow inquiries, higher-education workflows, funding requests, and funding disbursements
