About the Role
You will manage global accounts receivable collections and strategic accounts, ensuring timely cash flow while maintaining relationships with high-value customers. You will oversee user acceptance testing and system enhancements, acting as a liaison between Finance and IT to validate changes and ensure compliance. You will drive cross-functional collaboration by coordinating with IT, Treasury, and external partners on process improvements and issue resolution. You will lead strategic projects, including escheatment initiatives with EY, AR automation efforts, dashboard development, and process documentation for audit readiness. You will also mentor and develop your team while managing transitions and leading strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- Experience in complex negotiations and relationship management with global strategic accounts
- Cross-functional leadership skills to influence and align Finance, IT, and external stakeholders
- Strategic thinking and risk management for credit risk, compliance, and optimization decisions
- Experience in change management and team development
