About the Role
You will support client activities for prospective and existing clients in Asia, especially South Korea. You will conduct research, manage and analyze data, coordinate due diligence and onboarding, prepare client materials, support communications, maintain tracking systems, execute special projects, and improve marketing and operational processes.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree required, preferably with a business or marketing focus
- Relevant experience in a professional services environment, preferably investment management, consulting, or investment banking
- Research, analytics, or data management experience
- Client service orientation and project management capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of private markets and the institutional investor and private wealth or banking landscape
- High proficiency in CRM and proprietary database systems, ideally Salesforce
- Expert command of the MS Office Suite
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Korean
Responsibilities
- Manage client support activities, including due diligence coordination, onboarding, RFI and RFP responses, investor presentations, reporting materials, modeling support, and client requests
- Collaborate with Investor Relations, Marketing, Product Strategy, and Investment teams to develop customized communications and client materials
- Conduct market and prospect research across the region
- Maintain competitive intelligence systems and tracking databases
- Support written content describing investment capabilities, processes, and thought leadership
- Develop and maintain internal communication processes and procedures
- Lead special projects related to client portfolios and firmwide strategic initiatives
- Implement process improvements to enhance marketing efficiency and operational effectiveness
