About the Role

The Associate, Human Capital will partner with investment and portfolio teams to build management teams, support talent diligence and underwriting, monitor portfolio talent, develop executive networks, and improve data-driven talent processes.

Requirements

• 2-4+ years of experience in executive search, talent, recruiting, or related environments.
• Experience in healthcare, technology, growth products and services, private equity, or related sectors is preferred.
• Ability to build and maintain senior executive relationships and represent the firm externally.
• Proven networking and pipeline development experience.
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple high-priority workstreams.
• Ownership mindset and ability to execute in a fast-paced environment.
• Executive search firm or private equity experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Comfort with data systems and structured processes; detail-oriented with strong follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Drive executive searches with internal stakeholders and external search firms.
• Maintain candidate pipelines, search progress, and next steps.
• Coordinate search firms, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare candidate materials and briefing documents.
• Synthesize interview feedback and support hiring decisions.
• Support pre-investment talent diligence, management team evaluation, and Investment Committee materials.
• Track executive performance, succession planning, talent reviews, and portfolio team composition.
• Build executive and operator relationships and develop leadership pipelines.
• Conduct market research and mapping across relevant sectors.
• Maintain talent data, templates, reporting, and process infrastructure.
• Support compensation benchmarking, executive network development, and portfolio-wide talent programs.
