About the Role

You will develop growth strategies, analyze industries and competitors, evaluate product innovation, assess fund ranges, manage product lifecycles and seed capital, and prepare materials for senior stakeholders and clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of experience in asset management, product strategy, investment product development, investment management, consulting, or a related field.
• Knowledge of investment-management products and liquid asset classes.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects.
• Data analytics and visualization skills.
• Familiarity with Morningstar, Broadridge, eVestment, or Preqin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop asset-class and product-platform growth strategies.
• Lead industry and competitive analysis to identify client trends and opportunities.
• Develop and prioritize new product and wrapper concepts.
• Conduct fund-range analysis and recommend platform changes.
• Map, guide, and track products throughout their lifecycle.
• Manage seed capital allocations and support annual sales targets.
• Create presentations and memos for senior stakeholders.
• Support client and board engagements.
