About the Role
You will lead the transition of programs from pre-IND work into clinical trial execution. You will own integrated plans, coordinate cross-functional trial teams, manage timelines, risks, budgets, vendors, and stakeholders, and identify solutions that improve clinical-program delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing a clinical program from IND through late-stage clinical development
- Experience working with internal stakeholders, vendors, and collaborators
- Experience managing large budgets and complex interdependent timelines with project management tools
- Leadership and communication skills
- Ability to motivate and hold interdisciplinary teams and vendors accountable
Responsibilities
- Develop and own integrated project plans
- Track operational strategy, timelines, risks, and dependencies
- Lead cross-functional clinical trial team meetings
- Collaborate with preclinical, AI, machine learning, and data science partners
- Manage vendors, CROs, budgets, timelines, and deliverables
- Provide leadership with updates on study execution and portfolio management
- Identify and resolve issues affecting deliverables, timelines, and budgets
