About the Role
You will support influencer and talent partnerships from scouting and vetting through contracting and execution. You will coordinate applications and onboarding, maintain creator and campaign data, track deliverables and performance, communicate with creators, support reporting and alumni activities, and coordinate meeting action items.
Requirements
- Experience in beauty retail or CPG creator marketing is preferred
- Interest in influencer campaign strategy and multi-channel content trends is preferred
- Familiarity with influencer marketing tools and analytics platforms is preferred
- Exposure to client-facing reporting or account management support is preferred
- Familiarity with invoicing and purchase order systems such as Coupa is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 2+ years of relevant experience in influencer marketing talent partnerships digital media or a related environment
- Experience supporting operational processes such as vetting onboarding or program logistics
- Familiarity with TikTok Instagram YouTube Creator IQ Airtable or comparable systems
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to synthesize data into client-ready reporting
Responsibilities
- Support influencer and talent partnerships
- Coordinate application vetting and creator onboarding
- Maintain creator rosters and program data
- Coordinate campaign briefs and deliverables
- Track usage rights and contract compliance
- Communicate with creators and talent agencies
- Maintain records in Creator IQ and Airtable
- Compile EMV KOC KPI and campaign reporting
- Research creator and landscape trends
- Support alumni outreach and engagement tracking
- Coordinate vetting and contracting logistics
- Track meeting action items
