About the Role
You will oversee third-party distributors and sub-distributors, perform due diligence and ongoing reviews, and resolve compliance issues. You will support global fund marketing registrations, maintain regulatory records, work with advisors, automate processes, and develop reporting dashboards.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in distributor oversight, due diligence, fund marketing registrations, or a related field
- Process improvement and technology or automation implementation experience
- Knowledge of fund structures, distribution channels, and institutional, private wealth, and retail investor types
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Multi-workstream project management
- Written and verbal English communication
- Data management systems, business intelligence tools, or automation platforms
- UME or equivalent distributor due diligence platform experience
- Multi-jurisdictional regulatory compliance experience
- AIFMD
- MiFID II
- CSSF regulations
- European language proficiency
- AI-driven compliance or operational automation tools
- Evergreen fund structures
Responsibilities
- Lead third-party distributor and sub-distributor due diligence assessments and ongoing reviews
- Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Compliance, and Regulatory colleagues on distributor classification and sign-offs
- Resolve distributor-related compliance issues and escalations while maintaining audit trails
- Support strategic discussions on distributor readiness and go-to-market execution
- Support global marketing registrations across fund vehicles and jurisdictions
- Maintain a centralised registry of marketing registration status and flag bottlenecks
- Liaise with local counsel and external advisors on fund registrations
- Drive process automation and data centralisation initiatives
- Develop reporting infrastructure and dashboards for distributor and marketing data
