About the Role

You will manage client booking information and accounting matters for an assigned department. You will work with agents, assistants, clients, and external counterparts to maintain accurate, GAAP-compliant booking records, process payments, address invoices and tax matters, and provide reporting that supports forecasting and collections. You will monitor quality metrics, improve booking processes, and handle ad hoc requests.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
  • 3+ years of accounting experience
  • Entertainment experience
  • Customer service experience
  • Excel proficiency
  • Outlook proficiency
  • Understanding of fundamental accounting principles
  • Experience with financial and enterprise systems such as NetSuite
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to handle a high volume of transactions
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Relationship-building skills
  • Ability to adhere to processes and procedures in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Meet regularly with assigned agents and weekly with their assistants to ensure accurate booking data and reports
  • Ensure client payments are processed quickly, accurately, and in compliance with legal and tax requirements
  • Liaise with clients and agents on invoices, statements, debits, tax matters, and account questions
  • Enter and maintain client bookings and review data for accuracy and completeness in line with revenue recognition standards
  • Coordinate with counterparts at other companies to complete booking details
  • Provide reporting that supports forecasting, collections, and client-performance insights
  • Coordinate with the Cash Management team to apply payments to the correct booking
  • Provide customer service to agents and stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities to improve the client booking process using knowledge of accrual accounting, contracts administration, and systems
  • Build long-term relationships based on trust and confidentiality
  • Assist with ad hoc requests
