About the Role
You will support the Administrative and Financial Manager with daily administrative and financial operations. You will manage accounting entries, invoices, expense reports, bank reconciliations, cash flow, crypto-asset inventories, annual closing activities, and MiCA reporting. You will also keep the office running, manage suppliers and equipment, coordinate internal events, prepare payroll inputs, administer employee records, and support onboarding and offboarding.
Requirements
- Accounting, management, or administration education at least equivalent to two years of post-secondary study
- Validated initial experience in a similar role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel including pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- Proficiency with accounting software
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles
Responsibilities
- Record accounting entries from consolidated cash-flow data
- Process supplier and customer invoices and expense reports
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor daily cash flow
- Update ledgers and prepare data consolidation
- Conduct crypto-asset inventories and verify their consistency
- Support annual closing activities with the external accountant
- Contribute to MiCA regulatory reporting
- Improve and automate administrative and financial processes
- Ensure the office operates smoothly each day
- Manage suppliers, contracts, and service providers
- Order office supplies and manage equipment
- Organize internal events and team logistics
- Serve as the contact for administrative matters
- Prepare payroll variable elements and check payslips
- Maintain employee administrative records
- Manage leave, absences, and administrative documents
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding
