About the Role
You will lead architecture and design decisions while building and operating production AI and machine learning systems. You will develop reusable platforms define evaluation and observability practices optimize workloads and guide solutions from concept through ongoing production operation.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of software engineering experience
- At least 6 years of experience building and deploying AI or machine learning applications in production
- Strong proficiency in Python
- Strong SQL skills and experience with large scale datasets
- Experience designing APIs services data pipelines or distributed systems
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Ability to lead technical solutions from architecture through production operation
- Strong problem solving collaboration and communication skills
- Experience with generative AI large language models AI agents or production AI architectures preferred
- Experience with PyTorch TensorFlow or JAX preferred
- Experience with model serving cloud infrastructure MLOps or API design preferred
- Experience with responsible AI security governance or controls preferred
- Experience with Rust C++ C Go or Zig preferred
- Experience in financial services or another regulated industry preferred

- Set architectural direction and drive design decisions
