About the Role
You will create visual concepts and art direction from early prototypes through launch. You will make campaign and social assets across formats, collaborate with creative and cross-functional partners, and use feedback to improve work across evolving briefs and timelines.
Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience
- Strong portfolio of campaign and social work
- Strong art direction and design craft
- Experience creating work across mediums
- Ability to prototype, create, and iterate independently
- Experience collaborating with copywriters, designers, creatives, and cross-functional teams
Responsibilities
- Develop visual ideas across campaigns and social from concept through launch
- Own hands-on art direction and design for assigned projects
- Prototype visual concepts, mockups, storyboards, rough edits, and working examples
- Create short-form video, social posts, digital experiences, and campaign assets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, creators, and production partners
- Use feedback to improve creative work
