During your training you will gain exciting insights into various business areas and learn how administrative and organizational processes are successfully managed.

Requirements

  • Good school leaving certificate
  • Interest in commercial processes and organizational tasks
  • Very good German language skills, written and spoken
  • Good English skills
  • Basic MS Office knowledge is an advantage
  • Careful and structured working style
  • Strong communication skills and team spirit
  • Motivation to learn new things and take on responsibility

Responsibilities

  • Support organizational and administrative tasks in daily business
  • Handle correspondence and phone and digital inquiries
  • Plan and coordinate appointments and meetings
  • Create and maintain documents and presentations
  • Assist in HR, office management, finance, marketing, sales and customer service
  • Learn modern office and administrative processes
  • Support projects and internal events
