About the Role
You will advise customer leaders on enterprise agentic-AI transformation and deliver strategic programs across key accounts. You will identify and measure value targets, coordinate program delivery, oversee large-scale engineer onboarding, and establish enablement centers of excellence.
Requirements
- Computer science or electrical engineering undergraduate degree
- Software engineering internship or full-time work experience
- 3–5 years at a top-three strategy consulting firm with experience in value targeting, value realization, technology strategy, and client relationship building
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly
Responsibilities
- Identify, quantify, and report productivity and financial-impact value targets with customer leadership
- Ensure seamless operations and delivery for customer programs
- Provide visibility into playbook implementation, consumption metrics, and value metrics
- Maintain customer relationships and trust through delivery
- Oversee onboarding and rollout to thousands of engineers
- Apply analytical and technical program-management skills to support value realization and tracking
- Build centers of excellence and deliver tailored enablement programs
