About the Role

You will investigate model and product capabilities, build demos, evaluations, and prototypes, and prepare customer-facing teams for launches. You will work with strategic customers on novel technical challenges, develop reusable enablement materials, and translate customer insights into product and research roadmap input.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, Technical Product Manager, Forward Deployed Engineer, AI startup founder, or similar technical role.
• Strong proficiency in at least one programming language.
• Experience building with large language models, agents, workflows, or production model integrations.
• Experience designing evaluations, building prototypes, or developing technical enablement.
• Ability to develop expertise in new product domains.
• Ability to communicate complex topics to external and internal stakeholders, including executives.
• Ability to execute amid ambiguity.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, or experience.

Responsibilities

• Build expertise on new products and capabilities with product teams.
• Lead technical go-to-market work for model and product launches, including testing and field-readiness assessments.
• Build demos, evaluations, and prototypes for customer-relevant capabilities.
• Develop playbooks, training sessions, and reference architectures.
• Solve novel technical challenges with strategic customers and package reusable approaches.
• Synthesize customer insights, adoption patterns, blockers, and capability gaps for Product and Research.
• Support high-value accounts with specialized domain knowledge.
• Travel occasionally to customer sites.
