About the Role
You will establish and own the research practice, including methodologies, tools, cadences, documentation standards, and reusable assets. You will design and run qualitative and quantitative studies, prioritise research questions against the roadmap, and turn findings into actionable narratives. You will embed research in product and design workflows, support go-to-market and customer understanding, and use AI-assisted tools and self-service systems to scale access to insights.
Requirements
- Mixed-methods research skills
- Experience conducting and synthesising user interviews
- Ability to translate user insights into decision-driving narratives
- Track record of influencing product or business decisions through research
- Experience using AI tools to increase research velocity and coverage
- Ability to own research projects end to end
- Experience building research infrastructure
Responsibilities
- Define research methodologies, tooling, cadences, and documentation standards
- Establish feedback loops between qualitative insights and product and go-to-market decisions
- Create reusable research assets and templates
- Design and execute qualitative and quantitative studies
- Prioritise high-leverage research questions against the roadmap
- Deliver actionable research findings
- Embed research into product and design workflows
- Participate in roadmap discussions as an evidence-based user advocate
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to identify customer patterns
- Contribute to ICP definition and segmentation through primary research
- Integrate AI-assisted research tools
- Build self-service systems for research insights
