About the Role
You will deploy high-impact GenAI use cases for customers and collaborate on complex fine-tuning and LLM projects. You will contribute to open-source inference and fine-tuning codebases, support pre-sales calls, provide technical guidance, and improve products and models using customer feedback.
Requirements
- Fluency in English
- 2+ years as a technical individual contributor on AI-based products
- Experience implementing AI or machine learning products with APIs and back-end and front-end interfaces
- Experience fine-tuning LLMs and working on advanced RAG or agentic use cases
- Deep understanding of machine learning and LLM concepts and algorithms
- Strong Python coding skills
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
