About the Role
You will design, implement, and deploy secure AI solutions for critical infrastructure and sovereign institutions. You will build GenAI applications, collaborate on fine-tuning and LLM projects, advise prospective customers, and improve solutions through customer feedback.
Requirements
- Fluency in English
- PhD or Master's degree in AI, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or a related field
- 2+ years of AI/ML experience
- Experience leading teams to deliver complex AI projects from prototyping to production
- Expertise in fine-tuning LLMs, advanced RAG, agentic systems, and deploying NLP applications at scale
- Python and PyTorch proficiency
- Software engineering skills in API design, backend or full-stack development, and system architecture
- French citizenship
- Eligibility for high-level security clearance
Responsibilities
- Deploy AI solutions into production
- Develop GenAI applications for sovereign institutions and critical infrastructure
- Collaborate on customer projects involving fine-tuning, LLM applications, inference, and fine-tuning codebases
- Participate in pre-sales discussions and provide technical guidance
- Improve offerings based on customer feedback with attention to security, compliance, and performance
