About the Role
You will advise life sciences and biotech startups on implementing Claude in products and research workflows. You will work hands-on through pair programming and architecture reviews, develop prototypes and reusable resources, create technical content, share deployment insights, support community events, and travel to customer sites.
Requirements
- Life sciences or biotech experience
- 4+ years of technical experience
- LLM-powered application development or applied AI research experience

Responsibilities
- Advise life sciences and biotech startups on Claude-powered use cases
- Work with engineering and scientific teams through pair programming and architecture reviews
- Develop prototypes, evaluation suites, benchmarks, technical documentation, and architecture diagrams
- Create reusable reference implementations and sample code
- Identify deployment patterns and share insights with product, engineering, and research
- Create technical documentation, tutorials, and sample code
- Represent the organization at hackathons, webinars, office hours, founder events, and research events
- Travel to customer sites for workshops and implementation guidance
