About the Role
You will own technical strategy for healthcare and life sciences customers, guiding them from discovery and evaluation through deployment, adoption, and measurable business impact. You will create AI architectures and adoption plans, lead evaluations and prototypes, coordinate specialists, track technical outcomes, and share insights that improve products and reusable practices.
Requirements
- Customer-facing technical experience in solutions architecture, solutions engineering, technical account leadership, AI deployment, or technical customer success
- Experience guiding enterprise organizations from evaluation through production adoption and measurable business impact
- Software and cloud architecture knowledge, including API, distributed system, data integration, identity, security, and privacy
- Knowledge of modern AI systems, frontier LLM, agentic application, model evaluation, retrieval, or enterprise AI workflow
- Ability to prototype and work with API, SDK, Python, or JavaScript
- Experience developing technical account plans and prioritizing complex customer portfolios
- Healthcare and life sciences expertise or fluency
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical advisor for customers and prospects
- Own technical account plans, milestones, adoption priorities, and expansion opportunities
- Lead discovery to identify, qualify, and prioritize business use cases
- Develop AI architectures spanning models, applications, data, integrations, security, privacy, governance, evaluation, and deployment
- Guide customers through evaluations, demonstrations, workshops, prototypes, and proofs of value
- Maintain use-case portfolios with ownership, blockers, success measures, delivery needs, and adoption plans
- Coordinate delivery, implementation, enablement, product, domain, and partner specialists
- Track adoption, account health, production readiness, and customer impact
- Apply healthcare and life sciences expertise to identify repeatable patterns and expansion opportunities
- Share customer insights with Product, Engineering, and Research
