About the Role
You will build and operate frameworks for reliable, secure customer deployments. You will create runbooks, SLO templates, and observability; operate Tier-1 environments and incident response; automate provisioning and security baselines; and lead CVE and supply-chain integrity controls across the fleet.
Requirements
- Fluency in English
- 5+ years in SRE, Production Engineering, or DevOps
- Kubernetes operations including namespace segmentation, network policy, RBAC, and admission control
- Incident response, post-mortems, and runbook practices
- Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Loki, Tempo, and Signoz
- Terraform and Ansible or equivalents
- Python or Golang
- Secure SDLC, CVE response, and supply-chain integrity
- Written communication for runbooks, post-mortems, and incident communications
- Linux internals, networking debugging, and distributed systems
Responsibilities
- Design fleet-level platform and application reliability frameworks
- Create runbooks, SLO templates, and observability
- Operate Tier-1 customer environments
- Ensure SLO compliance and manage on-call incident response
- Manage configuration drift and provide L3 technical support escalation
- Conduct post-mortems
- Engineer on-demand provisioning and automate deployments
- Author security baseline packages and implement security guardrails
- Lead CVE response and supply-chain integrity controls
- Enforce secure configuration baselines
