About the Role
You will serve as a technical subject matter expert for customers adopting Codex. You will design and implement AI-enhanced development workflows, build demos and automations, lead technical workshops, contribute technical resources, translate deployment insights into product feedback, and advise customers on architecture, operational readiness, model configuration, and security.
Requirements
- 5+ years of technical consulting, post-sales engineering, solutions architecture, or similar customer-facing experience
- Experience using and customizing AI coding tools
- Experience building demos, integrations, and prototypes
- Experience delivering technical workshops or training to engineering teams
- Experience contributing technical guides, patterns, or examples publicly
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in written and verbal form
- Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English
Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical subject matter expert on Codex for customer portfolios
- Design and implement AI-enhanced development workflows from prototyping through production rollout
- Build demos, reference implementations, and workflow automations
- Lead workshops, technical deep dives, and hands-on enablement sessions
- Contribute examples, guides, patterns, and best practices to the OpenAI Cookbook
- Translate customer deployment insights into product proposals and model feedback
- Influence customer strategy for AI coding tools and software development lifecycles
- Advise customers on solution architecture, operational readiness, model configuration, security, and best practices
