About the Role
You will serve as a pre-sales technical advisor to enterprise customers, guiding them from discovery through deployment. You will design scalable Claude integrations, develop evaluation frameworks, deliver technical content, and share integration insights with internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles
- Native or C1 Italian and fluent English
- Enterprise customer experience
- Cloud architecture design and enterprise-system integration experience
- Python
- LLM frameworks and tools or machine learning or data science background
- Technical communication
Responsibilities
- Partner with account executives to translate customer requirements into technical solutions
- Advise enterprise customers through Claude discovery, evaluation, and deployment
- Support customers using the Claude API and Claude for Work
- Deliver technical deep dives and business-value presentations
- Guide architecture decisions and Claude integrations
- Help customers develop evaluation frameworks
- Identify integration patterns and share insights with Product and Engineering
- Travel occasionally for customer workshops and technical deep dives
- Maintain knowledge of LLM capabilities and implementation patterns
