About the Role
You will troubleshoot production software incidents, analyze logs and telemetry, reproduce issues, and implement practical fixes. You will support customer-site deployments, maintain monitoring and diagnostics, document runbooks, and collaborate with engineering and support teams to improve product reliability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline or Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience
- 2+ years in SaaS, DevOps, Site Reliability, or Application Support for customer-facing production systems
- Linux troubleshooting
- Networking knowledge including TCP/IP, VLANs, and VPNs
- Docker and Kubernetes knowledge
- Cloud-service knowledge
- Python, Bash, and SQL skills
- Experience with observability platforms
- Ability to work with physical robots on warehouse floors
- Availability for extended hours or on-call rotations
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve Tier 2 application and software incidents
- Analyze logs, telemetry, databases, and container metrics
- Reproduce issues in staging and create workarounds or scripted hot fixes
- Tune alerts, dashboards, and anomaly detection
- Support customer sites during go-live, upgrades, and issue investigations
- Write SOPs, runbooks, and self-service articles
- Build diagnostic scripts and contribute to CLI tools
- Commission NPI software at customer sites
- Review and approve merge requests for P2–P3 bug fixes
