About the Role

You will own the day-to-day operation and performance of wallet infrastructure. You will manage L2 incidents, coordinate releases and changes, configure applications, and prioritize platform improvements. You will support institutional-client integrations and testing, ensure relevant compliance, collaborate with technical stakeholders and vendors, and maintain platform documentation.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years operating or managing production-grade financial-technology platforms in financial services
  • Blockchain technology, transaction workflows, and wallet infrastructure
  • Production incident management and root-cause analysis
  • Release and change-management coordination
  • API-based integrations and system connectivity, including REST and WebSocket
  • Ticketing and backlog-management tools, preferably Jira
  • Financial-market regulatory frameworks such as DORA
  • Eligibility to work in Switzerland

Responsibilities

  • Own the daily operation of wallet infrastructure
  • Manage L2 production-incident triage, resolution, root-cause analysis, and engineering escalations
  • Plan and coordinate releases, change control, validation, and verification
  • Support institutional-client integration, troubleshooting, and conformance testing
  • Configure and maintain platform and application settings
  • Manage production-issue and improvement tickets and prioritize the backlog
  • Improve platform reliability, speed, and scalability
  • Support product initiatives and platform upgrades
  • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors
  • Ensure adherence to security, regulatory, and compliance requirements including DORA
  • Maintain platform documentation and a knowledge base
