About the Role
You will implement the APAC professional education strategy, identify disease and procedure trends, and execute strategic initiatives. You will manage faculty relationships, recruitment, training, and development; enable cross-country collaboration; oversee education programs; and align programs with stakeholder needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in education, healthcare, business, or a relevant field
- Understanding of cross-cultural dynamics
- English verbal and written communication skills
- Leadership experience managing teams, projects, and strategic initiatives
- Organizational and prioritization skills
- Proficiency with educational technology and digital platforms
- Flexibility for occasional travel
Responsibilities
- Implement the APAC professional education strategy
- Generate insights on disease trends, procedure opportunities, and market challenges
- Execute strategic objectives with key stakeholders
- Develop relationships with faculty across APAC
- Coordinate faculty recruitment, training, and development
- Design and deliver education programs with faculty
- Facilitate cross-country communication and knowledge sharing
- Oversee education-program planning, coordination, and execution
- Monitor program effectiveness and implement improvements
- Manage relationships with healthcare professionals, associations, and industry partners
