About the Role

You will support clients across the APAC alternatives platform by coordinating investor reporting, preparing presentations, addressing regional reporting requirements, and improving processes through data and automation.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of direct private markets experience in asset management or an institutional allocator organization
• At least 7 years of overall financial services experience
• Knowledge of closed-end LP drawdown fund structures
• Familiarity with PPMs, LPAs, subscription documents, and side letter agreements
• Understanding of private fund performance and risk metrics
• Knowledge of the APAC private markets regulatory landscape
• Experience collaborating with regional and global stakeholders
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Experience with data coordination, analysis, and aggregation
• High proficiency in Excel
• Strong proficiency in Word and PowerPoint
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Japanese

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for alternatives clients
• Coordinate client servicing across internal teams
• Produce quarterly, portfolio, and bespoke client reports
• Translate materials from English to Japanese
• Prepare and deliver client presentations in Japanese
• Address APAC regulatory reporting requirements
• Implement process enhancements for client requests
• Partner with technology and data teams on AI and automation
